REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY
Given the nature of services and/or products we offer, refunds will not be provided. All shop items are instant digital downloads; no physical products will be sent to you. Please ensure the email address used to make your purchase is correct and can receive email. Buy Sell Plan Inc. is not responsible for any digital downloads not received due to an incorrect email address. Digital download links are delivered via email and made available immediately after purchase.
If you encounter a problem with a product due to an error on our part, please email us, and we will resolve the issue. Please note that Buy Sell Plan Inc. is not responsible for printing issues, and we ask that you review our printing guide before making a purchase. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS & DOWNLOAD LINKS
Buy Sell Plan Inc. offers an account feature on our website that allows customers to create an account to manage their personal information, view/download past orders, and enjoy a faster checkout experience. Download links are only valid for 24 hrs. after your purchase. You can request a new download link from within your account. Once an item has been removed from the store (e.g. outdated inserts, discontinued products, etc.), your purchase will no longer be available for download. We recommend that you download & store a copy of your purchased digital products for future use.
USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our digital products are for personal, non-commercial use. Duplication, reproduction, copying, sharing, or transmitting of files in any form—whether physically or digitally, regardless of whether for free or for profit—is strictly prohibited. All designs, including custom orders, are owned by Buy Sell Plan Inc.
